This week's fish fact.

A fish does not add new scales as it grows, but the scales it has increase in size. In this way, growth rings are formed and the rings reveal the age of a fish

Thank you very interesting fact. And how do you like this one? A study conducted by scientists from the University of Exeter in Cornwall (UK) and published in the journal Functional Ecology showed that guppies, one of the most common species of aquarium fish, have completely different personalities that they demonstrate in stressful situations.
