Joe Conway is the Commercial Diving Manager at UB Diving, bringing over 14 years of experience as a commercial construction diver. Joe has worked on marine construction and diving projects around the world, gaining extensive experience in underwater welding, cutting, salvage operations, vessel husbandry, and marine construction support.

Joe’s diving career actually began here at UB Diving, where he first started working in the shop as a kid pushing a broom. He later completed his first scuba training with Sean at UB Diving before going on to commercial dive school and building a successful international career in commercial construction diving. Joe now leads the commercial diving operations at UB Diving, bringing extensive field experience, professionalism, and practical problem-solving skills to every project.

The commercial diving crew of UB Diving combines the talents of professionals, technologists, associates and support staff in the areas of marine service and commercial diving. We specialize in shellfish aquaculture and light commercial diving operations.

Our team consists of professionals with several decades of combined experience in diving and aquaculture who have chosen to work together to provide excellence in service and products to our valued clients.

We are dedicated to completing all projects on time and on budget with an emphasis on professionalism and safety. We have earned a solid reputation of integrity, hard work and dedication to customer service.

Sustainable aquaculture practices are the focus of our commercial operations. However, our divers are also available for smaller marine projects that require the expertise of experienced professional divers.
