During the course, you learn how to spot potential problems and quickly deal with them before they become big issues. You’ll be ready to rescue someone in an emergency, but you’ll also have the skills and awareness to prevent problems. For many, earning a PADI Rescue Diver certification is the start of a career in diving.

Sometimes you need to travel to try different types of diving. Taking a scuba diving trip is a great way explore different environments and it allows you to take PADI Specialty Diver courses that may not be available in your local area. Ask you PADI dive shop about travel opportunities combined with diver education.
