Our lead service technician Sean Smyrichinsky has over 26 years servicing scuba equipment, making him one of the most experienced regulator technicians on Vancouver Island. From modern regulators to older and vintage equipment, we take pride in bringing life back to gear that many shops will not even look at.
Properly maintained scuba equipment is essential for both performance and safety underwater. At UB Diving we follow manufacturer service procedures and use factory authorized replacement parts to ensure your gear is functioning exactly as it should.
Regulator Service
We service most major scuba regulator brands and models. Complete regulator overhauls include full disassembly, ultrasonic cleaning, replacement of required service parts, reassembly, adjustment, and performance testing.

Tank Inspection & Service Pricing
Cylinder Visual Inspection & Vlave Cleaning up to 40% Nitrox

Required annually.
Includes full internal and external inspection, detailed assessment of cylinder condition, and verification of safe operating standards.
Hydrostatic Testing
$50
Required every five years.
We coordinate hydrostatic testing to ensure your cylinders meet all required safety standards and regulations.
Tank Valve Service
$40 (includes parts)
Includes complete disassembly, ultrasonic cleaning, inspection, reassembly, and proper lubrication.
Tank Tumble
$40
Removes internal oxidation and contamination to restore cylinder cleanliness.
Oxygen Cleaning (100% O₂ Clean)
