PADI Divemaster
PADI 5 Star Dive Center • Courtenay BC • Vancouver Island
The PADI Divemaster course is the first professional level in the PADI system and is designed for divers who want to develop leadership skills, expand their diving knowledge, and take an active role in the diving community. Whether your goal is professional employment, assisting instructors, guiding divers, or simply becoming the most capable diver you can be, Divemaster is the next step.
Divemaster is where divers transition from following dives to leading them. You'll develop advanced diving skills, learn how to supervise diving activities, assist with training, and gain experience working with real divers in real-world conditions throughout Vancouver Island and British Columbia.
Our instructors did not gain their certifications through warm-water zero-to-hero instructor mills. Candidates learn from experienced British Columbia dive professionals with commercial, military, technical and expedition diving backgrounds, gaining practical knowledge that applies directly to professional diving, charter operations, leadership roles, and advanced recreational diving.
